No, the software is not available for Android and Windows 10 operating system. I've checked their Android section on the homepage, and the Interfaith Explorer isn't list as being compatible.
For Windows, the software supports only these versions Windows NT/, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, Server 2008 and Windows 7. However, I've downloaded the installation package and it appears that's using a modern installer which means it can be installed and indeed I've installed it on Windows 10 x64 and it works normally.
